Ingredients 

Step 1 Items

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 inch nodule of ginger rhizome
  • 1 Tsp of ginger powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp of dehydrated ginger
  • 1 Tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp of fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp of cayenne pepper powder

 Step 2 Items

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 whole milk

 Step 3 Items

  • 1 Tbsp of fresh green extra virgin olive oil

 

Directions

 

  1. Collect following tools
        • Two cup measuring cup
        • Spoon to scrap skin of ginger
        • 1/2 Tsp Teaspoon
        • Small saucepot

     

  2. Combine Following ingredients in NutraBullet and blend for 1 minute
        • 1 cup coconut water
        • 1 inch nodule of ginger rhizome
        • 1 Tsp of ginger powder
        • 1/2 Tbsp of dehydrated ginger
        • 1 Tsp of turmeric powder
        • 1/4 Tsp of fresh cracked black pepper
        • 1/4 Tsp of cayenne pepper powder

     

  3. Pour blended ingredients from step 2 into a saucepot and simmer with low heat tightly covered for 10 minutes
  4. Pour in almond milk and whole milk and simmer for another minute
  5. Pour 1 Tbsp of green extra virgin olive into large teacup
  6. Pour golden milk over oil
  7. Enjoy…
  8. Drink down to last 4 oz in cup
  9. Pour your favorite healthy tea over it to easily drink the grit at the bottom
